Self Pay Wellness Visits

We provide cost effective and convenient wellness check ups for those who do not have health insurance or do not want to use their health insurance. During this visit the doctor will take a detailed history and perform a physical examination on you. Labs will be ordered which can be done at a local Labcorp location. 

Following labs will be ordered with no additional charge to you. (You can only get these labs done at a labcorp location).

Complete Blood Count 

Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (Liver, kidney, electrolytes)

Urinalysis (screen for any protein leakage or presence of blood in urine)

Fasting lipid panel

Hemoglobin A1C (Diabetes screening and monitoring tool)
